摘    要:目的:研究0.5mol/L,1.5mol/L和6.1mol/L高渗在NaCl溶液置栗鼠对耳蜗血流的影响。方法:动物全身麻醉,暴露圆窜犯分别放置0.5mol/L,1.5mol/L、6.1mol/L的NaCl溶液棉片,利用激光多普勒血流仪测定2h内耳蜗血流(CBF)改变情况,结果:0.5mol/L,1.5mol/L和6.1mol/L三种NaCl溶液分别可提高CBF7.6%,24.5%和35.3%。结论

Abstract:Aim The influence on inner ear electrophysiology and cochlear blood flow caused by placing osmotic NaCl solution in round window was observed. Methods The cotton pieces absorbed NaCl osmotic solution (0.5 mol/L, 1.5 mol/L, 6.1 mol/L) were put on round windows of Chinchillas under general anesthesia separately. The changes of cochlear blood flow (CBF) and cochlear action potential (CAP) were observed. Results The 0.5 mol/L, 1.5 mol/L solution and 6.1 mol/L solution could enhance the CBF to 7.6%, 24.5% and 35.3% separately. After placing 1.5 mol/L solution and 6.1mol/L solution the threshold of CAP rose obviously,especially in the field of high frequency. The threshold shift of CAP caused by 0.5mol/L solution was not notable. Conclusion This experiment confirmed that NaCl solution could improve the circulation of inner ear. The influence of NaCl osmotic solution on hearing were getting serious with concentration rising.
