PTTG在原发性胆囊癌组织中表达的研究

目的　探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因 (PituitaryTumorTransformingGene ,PTTG)在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学法 ,检测 41例原发性胆囊癌及 2 0例慢性结石性胆囊炎中PTTG表达水平 ,并结合患者的临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果　在原发性胆囊癌中PTTG阳性表达率为 85 .4%,其阳性率及表达等级均明显高于慢性胆囊炎中的表达情况 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTTG表达等级与胆囊癌的Nevin分期和淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTTG表达与胆囊癌Nevin分期成等级正相关 (r =0 .5 3 3 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTTG表达阳性患者的累积生存期明显低于阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　PTTG可能在胆囊癌的发生、发展及预后中起着重要作用。PTTG表达的检测有助于原发性胆囊癌恶性程度和预后的判断 ,以进一步指导临床诊疗。

research of expression of PTTG in primary gallbladder cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of PTTG (Pituitary Tumor Transforming Gene) in primary gallbladder cancer and its clinicopathological significance.Methods PTTG expression was examined in 41 cases of primary gallbladder cancer and 20 cases of chronic calculous cholecystitis tissues by immunohistochemical assay, and their expression was analyzed with patient' clinicopathological data.Results The positive rate of PTTG was 85.4% in gallbladder cancer ,whose positive expression rate and expression grade was detected singnificantly higher than that in chronic cholecystitis tissues(P<0.05);The expression grade of PTTG was significantly correlated to the Nevin staging and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer(P<0.05); Expression of PTTG was positively correlated with Nevin stage of gallbladder cancer (r=0.533,P<0.05):positive expression rate and expression grade of PTTG increase with progression of Nevin stage; The PTTG positive patients have a shorter survival time than PTTG negative ones(P<0.05).Conclusions It indicates that PTTG may play an important role in the genesis and development of primary gallbladder cancer. Detection of PTTG may help to judge the magligant degree and prognosis of primary gallbladder cancer,and further instruct its diagnosis and treatment.
