| 摘 要： | 本文应用ABC酶标记亲合组织化学技术,分析大豆凝集素(SBA)受体在常见胃窦和十二指肠粘膜病变中的分布情况.结果表明正常胃窦粘膜表层上皮SBA阳性;正常十二指肠粘膜表层上皮SBA阳性.当胃窦粘膜发生肠上皮化生时化生区上皮SBA转阴;而当十二指肠粘膜发生胃上皮化生(GM)时,化生区SBA变阳性.认为SBA作为研究肠化和胃化的探针是有价值的.本文就部分十二指肠球部粘膜进行了超微结构的研究,并对GM的意义进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | SBA recepter (SBA-R) was analysed in the common lesions of gastric antral and duodenal mucosa with Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC) method.The results showed that SBA was positive in the normal gastric antral surface mucous epithelium and was negative in the normal duodenal absorptive cells.When the intestinal metaplasia occured in the antral mucosa, SBA became negative; when the gastric metaplasia (GM) occured in the duodenum, the epithelial cells in the GM area obtained SBA-R and SBA became positive.It is suggested that the SBA analysis is valuable for the studies of both intestinal metaplasia and GM.Some of the duodenal cap mucosa was observed by use of elctron microscopy GM was discussed concerning its significances. |
