针灸对慢性肺心病急性发作期患者血浆内皮素的影响

目的：探讨针灸治疗肺心病的可能机制。方法：将30例慢性肺心病患者随机分为2组，分别用针灸及西医方法治疗，并于治疗前后检测血浆内皮素－1（ET－1）的含量。结果：针灸治疗组及西药组治疗前后ET－1差异均有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01），治疗后两组间差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论：针灸可以有效降低慢性肺心病急性发作期患者血浆内皮素水平，并与西药组疗效相当。

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Plasma Endothelin Content in the Patient of Chronic Cor Puimonale at Acute Paroxysm Stage

Purpose To approach to possible mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cor pulmonale. Methods 30 cases of chronic cor pulmonale at acute paroxysm stage were divided into two groups randomly. They were treated with acupuncture and western medicine respectively and plasma endothelin-1 contents were determined before and after treatment. Results Plasma endothelin-1 levels in the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.01) with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Both acup-moxibustion and western medicine can decrease plasma endothelin-1 level in the patient of chronic cor pulmonale at acute paroxysm stage.
