| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨游离空肠移植术重建下咽及颈部食管的临床应用。方法:选用10条比格犬(Beagle)行游离空肠移植下咽颈部食管重建术,术中以空肠血管与甲状腺前动脉及颈外静脉行端-侧、端-端吻合,空肠移植颈部食管重建。结果:6条实验犬手术成功,存活4周以上并能够正常饮食,术后移植空肠血供良好。结论:游离空肠移植技术可以重建颈部组织缺损,且并发症少,符合正常生理要求,比格犬的特殊的实验价值在游离空肠移植术中有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of free jejunal flap on reconstruction of hypopharynx and cervical esophagus.Methods: We slected 10 beagles to reconstruct hypopharynx and cervical esophagus defection with free jejunal flap.End to side and end to end microvascular anastomosis of jejunal vessel and anterior thyroid artery and lateral cervical vein lvere done.Result: Six of the postoperative experimental dogs survived more than 4 weeks with normally diet and good blood supply.Conclusion: Cervical partial defection can be reconstructed by free jejunal flap transplantation with less complication and normally physiological demand,we consider that beagle is currently the best choice for free jejunal flap transplantation technique and also have vital clinically significance. |
