提高医学本科生临床实习质量的探讨

医学本科生的临床实习是高等医学教育培养合格医学人才的重要手段，也是医学生成长、成才的关键环节之一。临床实习期也是医学本科生将所学的医学理论知识转化为临床技能的重要阶段。为此，我们从教学的实际情况出发，认真调查医学生实习过程中所存在的问题；分析原因，及时总结出解决方法，以提高医学本科生临床实习质量。

Probe into Upgrading Clinical Practice Quality of Medical Undergraduates

Clinical practice of medical undergraduates is an important method to train the qualified medical talents in higher medical education and also one of the key steps for medical undergraduates to grow and develop.Clinical internship is an important period for medical undergraduates to put theoretical knowledge of medicine into the practice of clinical technique.Therefore,we started from the practical teaching,carefully investigated the problems existing in the internship,analyzed the reasons,and timely summarized the solutions to the problems to improve the quality of clinical practice of medical undergraduates.
