注重医护人员满意度 提升医院凝聚力

医护人员是医院工作的主力军。在追求社会对医院满意度的同时，必须重视和提高医护人员的满意度。对目前我国医院的医护人员所处的不利工作环境和他们的工作状况进行了分析，提出医院管理者应向企业学习，关心员工的身心健康，维护他们的人格尊严，提升医院的凝聚力。呼吁全社会，尤其新闻媒体，更多地理解和支持医护人员，为他们创造更加舒心的工作环境，使他们更好地发挥作用，更好地为病人服务。

Attach Importance to Medical Staffs Satisfaction and Enhance Hospital Cohesiveness

Doctors and nurses are the main force in hospitals. Besides hospital＇s pursuing social satisfaction with hospital service, medical staff＇s satisfaction is also important to enhance hospital cohesiveness. In this article, disadvantage of the working environment and their working condition in hospitals are analyzed. The author suggests that hospital managers should learn from enterprisers, attach importance to medical staff＇s physical and mental health, safeguard their personality and dignity, and enhance the cohesiveness of the whole hospital. The author also calls on all the society, especially the press media, to understand and support medical staff＇s work and provide them with a better environment for better serving patients.
