老年糖尿病患者健康教育需求程度调查

目的:了解老年糖尿病患者对健康教育需求情况,为实施个性化健康教育服务提供依据。方法:参考相关资料,设计老年糖尿病患者健康教育需求程度调查问卷。分一般糖尿病知识需求情况、营养、运动、健康教育、自我监测、并发症、药物及出院指导8个维度。每个维度设计相应的条目,每一条目采用单项选择法分为非常需要、需要、无所谓、不是很需要及不需要5个等级。统计分析老年糖尿病患者对各个维度的需求情况。结果:老年糖尿病患者对一般糖尿病知识、健康教育、营养、并发症等知识的需求最高;其次为药物、运动方面;对出院指导、自我监测了解的需求较低。文化程度越高对健康教育的需求越高。结论:对老年糖尿病患者健康教育应重视其内容的实用性,老年;满足不同患者的需求。

The Investigation for the Needs of Health Education in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

To understand the needs of elderly patients with diabetes for health education and to provide the theoretical and practical foundation of personalized health education in the elderly diabetic patients.Studied the relevant information,designed the questionnaires of health education needs;and divided that into the general diabetes knowledge needs, nutrition,sports,health education, self-monitoring,complications,medications and discharge instructions eight dimensions.Each dimension had the corresponding clause,and each clause was with single choice:much need,need,not matter,not need and not much need five grades. There was a statistical analysis for the results of questionnaires.The elderly patients with diabetes had high demand for diabetes knowledge,health education,nutrition,complications;secondly for medicine,sports;low demand for discharge guidance,self monitoring.The higher the educational level,the more demand health education.We should pay attention to the practicality of its content to meet the different needs in elderly patients with diabetes for health education.
