农村精神分裂症患者的家庭环境和抑郁心境及其与复发的相关因素

目的　探讨农村精神分裂症患者的家庭环境和抑郁心境及其与复发的相关因素。方法用家庭环境量表中文版、抑郁自评量表和自拟家庭状况调查表，对１００ 例精神分裂症患者和１００ 名正常人进行评定和比较。结果　病例组家庭环境中情感表达不良，娱乐性差，矛盾性突出，控制性较强；其抑郁症状发生率高（３０ ％ ） ，抑郁程度重［（４５５ ±１２５） 分］ ；与对照组［ 分别为６ ％ 和（３４１０ ±１０１２）分］ 比较差异均有非常显著性（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 。病情复发的相关因素有内向性格（ 回归系数：－ ０３３） 、家庭经济状况差（０２６） 、未婚（０２４） 、亲密度低（０２２） 、情感表达不良（ － ０１５） 和抑郁心境（０１４） 。结论　农村精神分裂症患者的家庭环境矛盾性突出，娱乐性差，情感表达不良，患者普遍存在抑郁心境，构成复发因素。

The relation of family environment and depressive mood with recurrence of schizophrenics in rural area

Objective To examine the interrelation of family environment and depressive mood with recurrence of schizophrenics in rural area Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia and 100 normal controls were measured with the family environment scale, self critical depression scale and self made family condition scale Results A worse emotional expression,less amusement,more contradictory,stronger control and more depressive level were noted in patient group than in normal group The correlative factors with recurrence were character, family financial condition,marriage,closing degree of family members, emotional expression and depressive mood Conclusions A defect may be present in the family environment of schizophrenics in rural area The depressive mood commonly existed in schizophrenics may be related with the recurrence
