腹腔镜子宫全切术和阴式子宫全切术临床对比研究

目的探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术和阴式全子宫切除术的临床效果。方法选择本院2007年8-12月于腹腔镜下行全子宫切除术者80例（TLH组）与同期非脱垂阴式全子宫切除术50例（TVH组）为研究对象。两组疾病类型、子宫大小无明显差异。观察两组手术时间、术中出血、术后体温、术后病率、胃肠功能恢复、住院时间等情况。结果两组手术均获成功，在手术时间、术中出血、术后体温、术后病率、胃肠功能恢复、住院时间及阴道残端愈合情况等方面均相似（P〉0．05）。结论仅对单纯全子宫切除来讲，腹腔镜和阴式两者效果相当，临床可根据具体情况选择不同的子宫切除方式以达到最佳治疗效果。

Clinical comparative study for total laparoscopic hysterectomy and total vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To comparative analysis the clinical effect of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and total vaginal hysterectomy. Methods 80 patients undergone total laparoscopic hysterectomy （TLH group） and 50 patients undergone total vaginal hysterectomy （TVH group） from August 200g to December 2008 were selected for study. There were no differences between tow groups in the type of disease and the size of the uterus. For both group, the surgery time, amount of bleeding; the temperature after operation; recovery status of gastro- intestinal action; hospitalization time ; surgical complications and healing status of stump after were observed. Results The similar results had been obtained for two groups in the surgery time ;amount;of bleeding; the temperature after operation; recovery status of gastrointestinal action; hospitalization time; surgical complica- tions and healing status of stump after （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion For the pour Panhysterectomy, total laparo- scopic Hysterectomy and total vaginal hysterectomy had similar treatment effectiveness, which kind of treatment was chose according to the specific situation .
