| 摘 要： | 为探讨冠心病（ＣＨＤ）患者脂蛋白（ａ）〖Ｌｐ（ａ）〗水平与肾脏早期损害的关系，应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法及化学显色终点法分别检测３６例ＣＨＤ患者血清Ｌｐ（ａ）水平和尿氨基葡萄糖苷酶（ＮＡＧ）活力。结果，ＣＨＤ组血Ｌｐ（ａ）及尿ＮＡＣ均明显 正常对照组，且Ｌｐ（ａ）值与民水ＮＡＣ活力呈正相关（ｒ＝０．４２，Ｐ〈０．０１）。提示，ＣＨＤ患者Ｌｐ（ａ）水平与肾脏早期损害可能有关。

| Abstract: | The serum level of lipoprotein(2)and the urinary level of N-acetyl-Glucosaminidase(NAG)were determined in 36 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 normal controls,The results showed that the serum Lp(a)and urinary NAG were remarkably increased in these patients in comparison with the controls(P<0.001,P<0.01).The serum Lp(a)and urinary NAG was positive correlated (R=0.42,P<0.01).It is suggested that LP(a)level is risk factor in early damage of kidneys in the patients with coronary heart disease. |
