2005～2006年广西流感样病例暴发分析

目的对广西2005～2006年流感样病例暴发进行分析,以便制定有效的防治措施。方法采集流感样病例咽拭子标本,采用MDCK细胞培养法分离流感病毒,微量血凝抑制实验进行鉴定。结果2005～2006年广西共报告流感样病例疫情93起,其中2005年报告53起,2006年报告40起。本次共采集标本888份,分离到流感病毒317株,分离率为35.7%。流感暴发占流感样病例暴发的46.9%,以中、小学流感暴发为主(80.0%)。流感样病例暴发主要集中在冬春季节。结论流感暴发是流感样病例暴发的主要原因,且以中小学流感暴发为主(80.0%)。流感样病例暴发主要集中在冬春季节。

Analysising of influenza-like case''''s outbreak from 2005 to 2006 in Guangxi

Objectiive To analyse influenza-like case's outbreak from 2005 to 2006 in Guangxi,so as to formulate preventive policy.Methods The swab samples of influenza-like cases were collected to cultivate influenza virus by cell culture.The indentification of virus was carried with semi-sensitized micro-hemagglutinin inhibition test.Results There were 93 outbreaks reported between 2005 to 2006 in Guangxi,53 were in 2005 and 40 in 2006.A total of 888 swab samples were collected.The isolation rate of influenza virus was 35.7%.Ratio of influenza outbreak in outbreak of influenza-like case was 46.9%,influenza outbreak at middle school and primary school was dominant.The season of epidemic of influenza in Guangxi was in spring and winter.Conclusion The main cause of outbreak of influenza-like case was influenza outbreak,and outbreaks at middle school and primary school were in dominance,and the epidemic season in Guangxi was in spring and winter.
