| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大剂量、短疗程血脂康对非酒精性脂防肝(nonalcoholic steatohpatitis,NASH)的疗效.方法对300例NASH给予口服血脂康胶囊,2.4 g/d(0.3 g/粒),每日2次口服,疗程为8周,比较治疗前后其肝脏声像图及血脂、生化检查的变化情况.结果治疗后患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著下降(P＜0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)有所上升,超声检查肝脏的大小、实质回声、管道纹理等声像图较治疗前有明显变化(P＜0.01),总有效率79.7%(P＜0.01),治疗期间无明显不良反应.结论血脂康大剂量、短疗程治疗对非酒精性脂肪肝有明显疗效,无明显副作用,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Xuezhikang in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohpatitis(NASH).Methods 300 patients with NASH were treated by Xuezhikang capsule 2.4 g daily for 8 weeks.(Echocardiography) of liver and lipid levels before and after treatment were measured and analysed.Results At the end of treatment,the clinical symptom,and the level of serum TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased in the group(P<0.05).The parametes of ultrasound of liver changed significantly(P<0.0l).The total effective rate was(79.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuezhikang with high-dose and shorter treatment course is effective in treating NASH. |
