| 摘 要： | 目的: 评价无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)伴呼吸衰竭的效果。方法: 将56例COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组29例和对照组27例,对照组仅给予常规抗感染、止咳化痰、解痉平喘及持续低流量氧疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用NIPPV治疗,48 h后观察2组治疗前后动脉血气、心率、呼吸频率改善情况。结果: 观察组PaO2增加、PaCO2下降,pH值改善,心率降低,呼吸频率下降(P < 0.05),与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论: NIPPV治疗COPD伴呼吸衰竭能迅速纠正低氧血症,改善呼吸功能,快速改善患者症状,临床疗效可靠。
