| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察后路椎间盘镜(MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)的疗效。方法: 对136例应用MED治疗的LIDH患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果: 患者术后2~3 d下床活动。术后平均住院5 d。术后优良率达94.5%。结论: 了解手术设备特点,正确选择手术适应证,准确的手术定位,熟练的手术操作是取得手术成功和防止并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior microendoscopic discectomy(MED) system on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods:The clinical data of 136 LIDH cases treated with MED were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results:All the patients were ambulant two to three days after the operation,with a mean hospital stay of 5 days.The excellent and good rate was 94.5%.Conclusions:The key to successful MED with no complications is familiarity with equipment,proper choice of indication,exac... |
