转移因子与伊可尔联合治疗扁平疣疗效观察

目的观察转移因子与伊可尔联合治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将66例扁平疣患者随机分成2组，2组患者均给予转移因子皮下注射。治疗组（n=34）局部用伊可尔稀释液湿敷；对照组（n=32）用0．025％维A酸乳膏外涂。2组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（94．11％VS．59．38％，P〈0．05）。结论转移因子联合伊可尔治疗扁平疣疗效满意，疗程短，毒副作用少，安全可靠，患者的依从性好。

Clinical observation of transfer factor combined with Yikeer dermal disinfectant in the treatment of verruca plana

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ven＇uca plana treated by transfer factor combined with Yikeer dermal disinfectant - - a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 66 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into 2 groups. All patients in the 2 groups were treated with transfer factor hypodermic injection. The treatment group （ n = 34 ） were treated with compression of Yikeer dermal disinfectant and the control group were treated with topical 0. 025% retinoic acid ointment. The course of treatment for both groups was 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ 94.11% vs. 59.38% , P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The combined use of transfer factor and Yikeer dermal disinfectant can produce better therapeutic effects for the treatment of verruca plana.
