| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声引导自动活检术在胸部肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：在GE-200型超声仪和3．5MHz凸阵探头引导下，使用BARDBioply型自动活检装置及18G Tru-cut活检针进行胸部肿块穿刺27例。结果：本组取材合格率100％，其中25例(93％)获得了明确的组织病理学诊断；无一例出现重大并发症。结论：超声引导自动活检在胸部肿瘤的诊断中有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | jective:To investigate the value of ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy in diagnosis of chest tumor. Methods: Ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy performed in 27 patients with chest tumor, and puncture with biopsy needle were performed in the same time. Results: In all 27 cases,all biopsy specimens were eligible for pathologic diagnosis,93 percent of cases received a clear pathologic diagnosis. There was not any serious complication. Conclusion: Ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy plays an important role in diagnosis of chest tumor. |
