| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理人员的压力及压力应对状况，为科学管理提供决策基础。方法采用普查的方法对同济医院护士进行问卷调查，对工作压力及其应对状况进行统计描述。结果压力得分段最多为52—62分组，占总人数的16．88％；其次为63～73分组．占总人数的15．99％。大多数护士采取积极应对的方式应对压力，应对质量较高。结论为护士提供工作压力相关知识的培训．以减轻工作压力对护士身心所造成的损伤，提高护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the work stress and coping strategies of nurses in general teaching hospital and provide reference for scientific nursing management. Methods Questionnaire (Stress Rating Scale) was distributed to all nurses in TongJi Hospital, SAS 8.1was used to analyze the data. Results Most of nurses got stress scores between 52~72 and adopted active coping strategies and had high quality of coping skill. Conclusions Providing training courses for nurses to get more knowledge about work stress can minimize their health harm caused by work stress and improve nursing quality. |
