聚胺丙基双胍消毒剂杀菌性能及毒性研究

摘    要:目的观察以聚胺丙基双胍为主要杀菌成分的聚胺丙基双胍消毒液的杀菌性能及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验以及动物试验方法进行实验室检测。结果该消毒液原液聚胺丙基双胍含量为8500 mg/L。以含850 mg/L该聚胺丙基双胍消毒液,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min以上,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。以含850 mg/L的该聚胺丙基双胍消毒液对白色念珠菌作用30min以上其平均杀灭对数值>4.0。用该消毒剂原液8 ml/m3进行气溶胶喷雾密闭作用30 min以上,对20 m3的气雾室内空气中人工污染白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率达到99.98%以上。该消毒液对大白鼠急性吸入毒性LC50(2h)大于10000 mg/m3,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果均为阴性.该消毒剂原液对家兔完整皮肤和黏膜无刺激作用。结论该聚胺丙基双胍消毒液具有良好的杀菌作用,安全性能好。

Abstract:Objective To observe germicidal performance and toxicity of polyamine-propyl-biguanidine disinfection solutioon containing polyamine-propyl-biguanidine as the main germicidal ingredient. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,on-the-spot disinfection trial and animal experiment method were used to carryed out experimental examination. Results The stock solution of the disinfection soluton contained polyamine-propyl-biguanidine 8500 mg/L.The average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing polyamine-propyl-biguanidine 850 mg/L for longer than 1 min was >5.0.The average killing logarithm value of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfection solution containing polyamine-propyl-biguanidine 850 mg/L for longer than 30 min was >4.0.Aerosol spraying of 8 ml/m3 of the stock solution of the disinfection solution with a 30 min contact time in a closed 20 m3 aerosol chamber killed aver 99.98% of Staphylococcus albus artificially contaminating the air.The acute rat inhalation toxicity LC50(2 h) of the disinfection solution was over 10000 mg/m3 and the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.The stock solution of the disinfection solution had no irritating effect on intact skin and mucosa. Conclusion The polyamine-propyl-biguanidine disinfection solution has good germicidal action and safety.
