青海省省直机关家属院高血压现患调查及危险因素分析

目的 :探讨我省高血压的流行趋势及主要危险因素 ,为制定我省高血压防治对策提供科学依据。方法 :采用随机抽样的方法 ,对省委、省政府家属院 35岁以上常住居民 14 92人 ,进行高血压患病情况及主要危险因素的流行病学调查。结果 :高血压患病人数为 4 96人 ,患病率为 33.2 4 %。其中新发现高血压 2 80人 ,占总高血压患病人数的 5 6 .4 5 %。男女性别有极显著性差异 (X2 =2 8.13P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,且随年龄增加高血压患病率上升的趋势。结论 :省直机关家属院高血压患病率较高 ,主要危险因素有吸烟、饮酒、体重指数的增加、家族吏、文化程度以及盐的摄入量等。对危险因素有针对性地进行防治 ,提高全民的自我保健意识和能力 ,达到预防和控制高血压的目的。

Investigating to Suffre from the Hypertension and to Analysis the dangerous factors now at the Departments Directly Under the Province in Qinghai Province

Aim Approaching the prevalent trend of the high bol ld pressure and the major dangerous factors in our province. Providing the scienti fic basis for drawing up the countermeasures of the Prevention and cure of the h igh blood pressure. Methods:Investigating the epidemilolgy of the situations of suff ering from a hypertension and the major dnagerous factors at 1492 inhabitants ov er 35 years with the way of random sampling at the family compound in the Provin cial Parth Committee and the Provincial Government. Result :The number of the high blood pressure patients is 496. T he rate of falling ill is 33.24 percent 280 persons are found to suffer from hyp ertensions among them, which accounts for 56.45 percent of the total number of t he high blood pressure patients. And the males and the females are different rem arkably(X2=28.13 P<0.0001). With the increasing of their ages, the rate of suf fering from the hypertension in going up. Conclusion:The rate of suffering from the high blood pressure is higher in the family compound of the departments directly under the province. T he major dangerous factors are smoking,drinking, the increasing of weight index, thehistory of family, the cultural level and the quantity which the salt is ass imilated and so on. We should be aimed at the prevention and control of the dan gerous factors Raising the conseiousness and ability which the whole people prot ect health themselves and attain the goal of preventing and controlling the high blood pressure diseases.
