| 摘 要： | 将充血性心力衰竭96例分为阳气亏虚型及气阴两虚型,采用中药辨证施治及西药治疗.结果显效58例(占60.4%),有效32例(占33.3%),无效6例(占6.3%),总有效率为93.7%;治疗前后患者心率、心脏收缩时间间期测定均有显著差异(P＜0.05) |

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure,a Report of 96 Cases |

| Abstract: | Ninty six cases of congestive heart failure were separated into insufficiency of yang type and deficiency of qi and yin type and treated with TCM.Result:Fifty Eight cases were remarkably effective(60.4%),32 effective(33.3%),6 ineffective(6.3%)and the total effective rate was 93.7%.The difference of rate before and after treatment was significant(P<0 01),and the difference of STI before and after treatment was significant(P<0 05). |
