| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨恶性黑色素瘤组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor, IGF-1R)的表达及其临床意义.方法 选取经病理检查明确诊断的恶性黑色素瘤石蜡切片26例(恶性黑色素瘤组)及正常色素痣石蜡切片20例(正常色素痣组).采用EnVision两步法,以兔抗人IGF-1R多克隆抗体检测上述两组IGF-1R 的表达情况,并分析恶性黑色素瘤组织中IGF-1R的表达与年龄、性别及有无远处转移的关系.结果 恶性黑色素瘤组IGF-1R的阳性表达率为57.7%(15/26),正常色素痣组为25.0%(5/20),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.912,P=0.023);恶性黑色素瘤组IGF-1R的高表达与有无远处转移相关(P=0.038),而与性别、年龄无关(P=0.453,P=0.701).结论 IGF-1R的表达量可以预测原发性恶性黑色素瘤的转移及预后,对恶性黑色素瘤的治疗可能具有一定的指导意义.
