| 摘 要： | ①目的 确保海藻面膜使用的安全性,并为产品应用提供实验依据。②方法 应用豚鼠皮肤急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性实验,对海藻面膜进行安全性评价。③结果海藻面膜美容剂量对完整皮肤未引起急性毒性反应,大剂量(3倍美容量)对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未引起急性毒性反应;美容剂量单次和多次实验皮肤未出现水肿和红斑反应,病理检查皮肤结构完整、层次清晰;经致敏接触和激发接触,2,4-二硝基氯苯组皮肤平均反应值0.9~1.0,致敏率为90%~100%,海藻面膜皮肤致敏率为0%.④结论该产品对皮肤无刺激性、致敏性,亦未引起皮肤急性毒性反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To further study the safety of seaweed face pack and provide experimental data for the usage of seaweed face pack. Method The effective component of seaweed face pack-----------aljin was used to do the acute toxicity test, irritationtest and allergic reaction on the skin of guinea pigs. Result The seaweed face pack either with ordinary concentration of algin or with three times higher concentration of algin showed no acute toxicity reaction on both intact and damaged skin of guinea pigs-Single and repeat tests at ordinary concentration of algin didn't cause swollen or redness of the skin. Pathologic study found no abnormality of the skin. The allergic reaction rate of the seaweed face pack was 0%. Conclusion The seaweed face pack has no ir-ritative, allergic and toxic effect on the skin of guinea pigs. |
