| 摘 要： | 通过对医院药房实行开放式服务情况的介绍,分析了开放式服务给病人带来的好处以及给药房工作带来的挑战,总结出开放式服务可以缩短药师与病人之间的距离,充分体现"以病人为中心"的服务思想,有助于提高药师的专业技能和服务水平,建议推广药房开放式服务模式.

The opening pharmacy could shorten the distance between apothecaries and patients andservice with "focus on patients". This kind of service help for improve apothecary and could be used widerly. |
