| 摘 要： | 目的探讨调脂治疗在2型糖尿病眼底病变治疗中的作用。方法2型糖尿病伴眼底病变60例,按治疗中是否应用调脂治疗,分为调脂治疗组和常规治疗组,比较两组治疗后12个月和24个月眼底病变改善情况。结果调脂治疗组的疗效较常规组好。眼底荧光检查示:服药12个月后,调脂治疗组眼底病变改善明显好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),服药24个月后两组差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论调脂治疗对2型糖尿病眼底病变有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of lipid modulating on type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods Sixty cases of type 2 diabetic retinopathy were divided into lipid modulating group(29 cases)and the conventional group (31 cases). Twelve months and 24 months later, the effects of two groups were measured by using fundus fluorescin angiography.Results The effects of lipid modulating group were better than that of the conventional group. The retinopathy improvement of the lipid modulating group were better than that of the conventional group with treatment lasting.The differences in two groups were significant (at 12 months P<0.05,at 24 months P<0.005).Conclusion It is benefit for the patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy to modulate lipid. |
