二维彩色多普勒超声对左肾静脉压迫综合征的诊断意义

目的：探讨二维彩色多普勒超声检查对左肾静脉压迫综合征的可靠性和实用性。方法：利用二维彩色多普勒血流显像对24例左肾静脉压迫综合征患者进行检查，并对其声像图特点进行总结分析。结果：本组24例患者，均见左肾静脉受压狭窄，狭窄前可见扩张。平卧位时扩张部位前后径(a)／狭窄部位前后径(b)＞3．1。脊往后伸位15分钟后a／b＞5．1，俯卧位15分钟后扩张消失或减轻，呈动态变化。22例尿检可见多形红细胞。结论：二维彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断左肾静脉压迫综合征的可靠、有效方法。

Diagnostic Significance of 2D Color Doppler Ultrasound in Left Renal Vein Entrapment Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the credibility and utility of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of left renal vein entrapment syndrome.Methods:The ultrasonic features of 24 cases with left renal vein entrapment syndrome were analyzed.Results:Left renal vein stricture and dilatation of prestricture were present in all 24 cases.On recumbent position,the antero posterior diameter of the dilatation portion(a)/that of the strictured portion(b)was>3 1;after posteriorly extending the spinal cord 15 min,a/b>5 1;after on prone position 15 min,the dilatation disappeared or was improved in dynamic changes.Polymorphic RBC could be seen in urine of 22 cases.Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective and reliable method for diagnosing left renal vein entrapment syndrome.
