| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨气压弹道碎石联合体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效。方法：采用气压弹道碎石联合ESWL治疗输尿管中下段结石188例。结果：188例中，185例碎石成功，2例碎石失败，1例输尿管穿孔。结论：气压弹道碎石联合ESWL治疗输尿管中下段结石有高效、安全、并发症少、适应证广的优点。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy in patients with ureteral stone who were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy or supplemented with ESWL.Methods:A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 188 cases from April. 1997 to June 2000,for treatment of ureteral stone.Results:Of the 188 cases,successful results were obtained in 185.Two cases failed because of constricted ureter or a polyp.Perforation of the ureter occured in one patient.Conclusion:The authors concluded that,in the management of patients with middle or lower third ureteral stones,endoscopic lithotreptic technique (or supplemented with ESWL if necessary)was an effective and safe therapeutic method. |
