| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨治疗性溃疡性结肠炎的理想方法，方法：将１２０例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两治疗组用中药灌肠配合泼尼松口服、对照组用柳氮磺胺吡啶配合泼尼松口服。结果：中西医结合总体疗效（９５．２４％）明显优于对照组（７０．１８％），两组比较有显著性差异。结论；中药灌肠与强的松配合治疗可作为临床治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎较为理想的手段之定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the ideal therapeutic method for the ulcerative colitis. Methods:120 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomised into TCM group(group 1,n=63)and control group(group 2,n=57). Patients in group 1 received clyster by TCM while those in group 2 took SASP. Patients in two groups were administered prednisolone. Results:Total effective ratio was 95.24% in treatment group but 70.18% in control group. There was significant difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic method of clyster by TCM was an ideal treatment for ulcerative colitis. |
