摘 要: | 目的:观察应用改良负压封闭引流(VSD)技术治疗糖尿病足的效果.方法:将糖尿病足40例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组应用传统VSD技术治疗,治疗组应用改良VSD技术治疗,即在VSD敷料中增加一根冲洗管,经冲洗管每日1次注入呋喃西林500 ml和表皮生长因子30 ml,30 min后关闭冲洗管,开启负压.于治疗10 ...

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of improved vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on the wound healing of open wounds of diabetic foot. Methods: Forty patients with diabetic foot ulcers wounds were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with routine VSD, while patients in treatment group were treated with improved VSD, in which irrigation with 500 ml of nitrofural and application of epithelial growth factor 30 ml for 30 minutes every day via an inserted suction pipe. The rate of wound healing, growth of granulation tissue, rate of suction pipe blockage 10 days after VSD treatment, as well as the time and expenses of patient in hospital was recorded. Results: There were no suction pipe blockage in treatment group but the rate was 15.0% in the control group (P〈0. 05). The rate of wound healing [(35.3±4. 4)%] and score of granulation tissue growth (2.9±0. 8) in treatment group were higher than those in control group [-(20.4 ± 3.9)% and 2.1 ± 0. 5, P〈0. 05], while the time and expenses of patient in hospital [-(48. 6±4. 6)days, (8. 7±1.8) × 10^4 yuan] were significantly lower than those in control [(64.6±5.5)days, (10. 0±2. 1) )〈 10^4 yuan, both P〈0. 05]. Conclusions: Improved VSD can effectively stimulate the growth of granulation tissue and healing of wounds, reduce the expenditure of patients. It is an ideal method to repair diabetic ulcers. |
