小剂量米索前列醇在足月分娩应用中的效果观察

目的探讨小剂量米索前列醇宫颈后穹隆用药在足月妊娠引产应用中的效果及安全性。方法选取2005年4月至2011年5月来我院接诊的待产产妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组40例用小剂量米索前列醇置于宫颈后穹隆引产;对照组40例静滴催产素,连续用药2d。记录两组引产时间、总产程、产后出血量及新生儿体质量。结果观察组的引产有效率为97.5%,较对照组的引产有效率87.5%差异明显;观察组引产时间和总产程较对照组短,P<0.05;两组产后出血和新生儿体质量方面差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论小剂量米索前列醇能引起规律宫缩,又能促进宫颈成熟,用于足月妊娠引产效果良好,是一种方便、有效而又安全的方法。

Effect Observation of Small Dose of Misoprostol in Full-term Delivery Application

Objective To investigate the small dose of misoprostol cervical posterior fomix drug efficacy and safety of full-term pregnancy induction of labor application. Methods 80 cases of hospital admissions to 2011 April 2005 May expectant maternal randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observer Group of 40 cases of posterior fornix placed in the cervix with a small dose of misoprostol induction of labor; control group, 40 cases of intravenous oxytocin, and continuous medication for two days. The two groups were recorded time of induction of labor, the total of labor, postpartum hemorrhage and birth weight. Results The observed group of induction of labor effective rate of 97.5 percent, compared with the control group, induction of labor efficiency of 87.5% significantly different; induction of labor time and the total process of the observation group than in the control group of short, P〈0.05; two groups of postpartum hemorrhage and newbom body weight differences There was no significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose misoprostol can cause irregular contractions and promote cervical ripening for full-term pregnancy induction of labor to good effect, is a convenient, effective and safe method.
