| 摘 要： | 目的观察与分析透析治疗对改善慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法分析慢性肾功能衰竭70例患者的临床资料。结果治疗后,两组患者的血肌酐、尿素氮、甲状旁腺激素以及β2-微球蛋白均有显著降低,但观察组患者甲状旁腺激素与β2-微球蛋白的降低情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析滤过的治疗方法与单纯的血液透析相比,能够更好的将患者体内的β2-微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素等物质清除,更好的改善临床症状,有助于患者生存质量的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze dialysis treatment to improve the efficacy of chronic renal failure. Methods We analyzed clinical data of chronic renal failure in 70 patients. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, parathyroid hormone, and β2- microglobulin globulin are significantly reduced, but the lower of the observation group patients with parathyroid hormone and β2-microglobulin globulin superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hemodiafiltration treatment compared with hemodialysis alone can better the patient＇s body, β2- microglobulin, parathyroid hormone and other substances removed, the improvement of clinical symptoms, help patients survival improvement of the quality. |
