河南大学新校区土壤蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵污染情况的调查

目的了解河南大学新校区土壤中蛔虫卵及鞭虫卵污染情况及影响因素,为制订防治对策提供科学依据,为校园绿化工作提供相关评价依据。方法在校园中的药生植物园、湖边、荒地、草丛等地区采取土壤标本进行蛔虫卵和鞭虫卵的检测。结果土壤蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵的阳性率分别是18.8%和20%;其中药生植物园两种虫卵阳性率均高达35%。结论加强高校新校区土壤的无害化处理,加强校园绿化管理,防止土源性线虫感染人群是一项重要而艰巨的任务。

Henan University Campus Soil Roundworm Eggs, Whip Eggs Pollution Survey

Objective To know the condition and influencing factors of soil pollution with Ascairs lumbricoides eggs and Trichuris trichiura eggs in the new campus of Henan University which can provide scientific proof for planning control methods and relative evaluating basis for the campus greening work. Methods Medicine bom botanical garden, lakeside, wasteland and grass were selected as sampling sites in which soil were taken to do tests of A. lumbricoides eggs and T. trichiura eggs. Results The positive rates ofA. lumbricoides eggs and T. trichiura eggs in the soil are 18.8% and 20%. Those in medicine born botanical garden are all up to 35%. Conclusion Strengthening the non-hazardous treatment of soil and virescence management in the new campus is an important and formidable task, as well as preventing soil-transmitted nematodes from infecting people .
