持续低负压气胸闭式引流装置治疗自发性气胸的疗效

目的探讨使用持续低负压闭式引流治疗自发性气胸的疗效和安全性。方法受试对象为62例自发性气胸患者。对照组给予常规胸腔闭式引流,实验组给予持续低负压气胸闭式引流装置引流,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果实验组切口疼痛、肩部疼痛、胸膜不适等并发症发生率较低,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论采用持续低负压气胸闭式引流装置在自发性气胸的治疗中具有较好的效果。

Continuing Efficacy of the Low Negative Pressure Pneumothorax Closed Drainage Device for Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sustained low negative pressure closed drainage for spontaneous pneumothorax. Method The subjects treated 62 cases of spontaneous pneurnothorax in patients in February 2007 to October 2011, according to the random number table. The control group received conventional closed thoracic drainage, drainage of the experimental group was given continuous low negative pressure closed pneumothorax drainage devices to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared, and complication rate. Results Experimental group, incision pain, shoulder pain, pleural discomfort and complications such as lower incidence compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The continuous low negative pressure pneumothorax closed drainage system with good results in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.
