家犬细粒棘球绦虫的人工感染及药物驱虫试验

本试验探讨犬吞食家畜带有棘球蚴的脏器后,细粒棘球绦虫在犬小肠里成熟所需要的时间及氢溴酸槟榔碱和吡喹酮对犬细粒棘球绦虫的驱虫效果。在实验室条件下,给幼犬吞食一定量的原头蚴和含生发层的包囊,经51～109天可在犬粪便中查出孕节或在小肠里检出成虫,感染成功率为77.3％。对犬细粒棘球绦虫的驱虫,以吡喹酮为最好,并明显优于氢溴酸槟榔碱。

Experiment in the artificial infection of echinococcus granulosus in domestic dogs and in the effects of anthelminthics

This experiment explores the time needed for the echinococcus granulosus to mature in the small intestines of domestic dogs after they hare eaten internal organs with echinococcuses,and the anthelminthic effects of arecoline hydro-bromide and Praziquantel against the dog's echinococcus granulosus.Under laboratory conditions,after the dog ate a certain amount of Protoscolexes and capsules with germinal layers,gravid segment could be found in dog's excrements and the mature worms identified in 51~109 days,the rate of infection 77.3%.The best anthelminthic effects against echinococcus granulosus is achieved by praziquantel,which is obviously better than arecoline hydrobromide.
