电凝术联合中药外敷治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床应用研究

目的观察电凝术联合中药治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床应用价值。方法选择经多普勒超声或下肢深静脉造影检查显示下肢深静脉通畅,血液回流良好及无血液倒流或血液倒流属Ⅰ,Ⅱ级的病例。高位结扎大隐静脉主干及属支后以电凝方法烧灼大隐静脉和小腿曲张静脉内膜,闭合静脉腔,术后48h以自制中药软膏外敷患肢7d。应用该方法对临床78例患者、96条下肢进行治疗。结果经过1—7年的临床跟踪观察,仅2条下肢复发,但较轻,无症状,不影响日常生活,余均未见异常情况及不良反应,治愈率达98％．结论电凝术联合中药治疗大隐静脉曲张治愈率高、复发率低、创伤小、不影响美容,是值得临床推广的好方法。

The Clinical Application and Research of Electric Coagulation Combined with Applying Chinese Crude Drug on Treating Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of electric coagulation combined with applying Chinese crude drug on treating varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods Patients whose deep veins of lower limbs were unobstructed, with good recirculation, without blood reflux or with blood reflux of level Ⅰ , Ⅱ were choosed for this investigation. After high ligation of trunk and branches of great saphenous veins, the tunica intima of great saphenous veins and varicose veins of leg were cauterized by electric coagulation to make lumen of veins closed. Self-made Chinese crude drug ointments were applied on affected extremities for 7 days after 48 hours. 96 lower limbs of 78 patients were treated, using the same method. Results Only 2 lower limbs with varicose veins recured after following up for 1 -7 years,and the symptoms were too light to influence patients＇everyday life. No abnormality and adverse effect were seen among other patients. The cure rate was 98%. Conclusion Electric coagulation combined with applying Chinese crude drug is a good method on treating varicose veins of lower extremity for extensively clinical application and generalization, with high cure rate ,low recurrence rate, little wound and little influence on beauty.
