左氧氟沙星联合痰热清注射液治疗老年性肺炎疗效分析

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2008年1月～2009年10月住院治疗的老年性肺炎104例随机分成两组,治疗组52例,静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星和痰热清;对照组52例,单用盐酸左氧氟沙星静脉滴注,用药后观察患者症状、体征变化及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗组完全缓解占76.92%,总有效率为94.23%;对照组完全缓解占53.85%,总有效率为73.08%。两组痊愈率及总有效率比较有统计学差异,治疗组痊愈率及总有效率均优于对照组。结论左氧氟沙星联合痰热清注射液治疗老年性肺炎具有安全、有效等特点,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Curative Effect Analysis of the Combined Treatment of Levofloxacin and Tanreqing Injection for Senile Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the curative effect of the combined treatment of levofloxacin and Tanreqing injection on senile pneumonia.Methods 104 hospitalized cases with senile pneumonia from January,2008 to October,2009 were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group,52 cases in each;intravenous dripping of levofloxacin and Tanreqing injection was performed in treatment group while intravenous dripping of levofloxacin only in control group,and then,the symptom improvement,the changes of physical signs and the side effect of drugs in patients of both groups were observed.Results Complete relief of treatment group reached 76.92% and its total effective rate was 94.23%;complete relief of control group was 53.85% and its total effective rate was 73.08%;the comparison of recovery rate and total effective rate between the 2 groups was of statistical difference,the recovery rate and total effective rate of treatment group were superior to those of control group.Conclusions The combined treatment of levofloxacin and Tanreqing injection is safe and effective for senile pneumonia and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
