儿童烧烫伤住院原因分析及护理应对

目的:探讨儿童烧烫伤住院原因分析及护理应对。方法:对2005年1月～2009年1月收治的507例烧伤患儿进行回顾性调查,对儿童烧烫伤住院原因和预防、急救和护理进行分析和讨论。结果:收治烧伤患儿507例,致伤原因分别为热液烫伤、火焰烧伤、电击伤及其他原因,其与患儿的居住场所、监护人文化程度以及伤后救治情况有关。结论:儿童烧烫伤是可以通过各种渠道进行有效的预防,烧烫伤后要进行积极的应对,以减轻患儿痛苦,促进康复,提高生活质量。

Reason analysis and nursing strategy of children with burning

Objective To explore the reason and nursing strategy for children with burning.MethodRestrospective study was undertaken on 507 children with burning during the period of 2005 to 2009.ResultsThere were 507 cases of children with burning（aged from 0～14 years）,vulnerated reasons were heat liquid,flame burning,electric burn,etc;and correlated with children＇s living place,guardian＇s culture degree and remedy condition.ConclusionReinforce protective measures in security of children＇s family,special messenger guardianship and safety education in the community,nursery,school nursery,primary school,et al.Emphasis on the propaganda and instruction of knowledge in burning.The correct and efficient therapeutics are very important.
