安置埋藏式心脏起搏器的并发症及处理经验（附43例分析）

报告43例安置埋藏式心脏起搏器的并发症，均为单极型，经静脉右室心内膜永久性起搏，电极导管插入途径为右侧头静脉或颈外静脉，埋藏右侧胸部，术中并发症有6例发生阵发性室速或室颤；术后并发症主要为局部反应或感染和起搏系统故障。详细介绍了处理经验并进行了讨论。

The Treatment of Postperative Complications of Implantable Cardiac Pacemakers An Analgsis of 43 Cases

Complications occurred in forty three patients with implantable car- diac pacemakers were reported.The electrode of the unipolar pacemaker was fixed in the apical region of the right ventricular endocardium th- rough the right cephalic vein or external jugular vein.The pacemakers were implanted on the right said of the thoracic wall.Of the 43 patie- nts,6 developed paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fib- rillation during the operation.Postoperative complications included local reaction,infection and disorder of the pacemaker system.Experi- ence in the treatment of complications has been introduced and discussed in detail.No death occurred.
