| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺巨大腺纤维瘤手术治疗新技法。方法 采用乳房美学外科思维及技法，不同组织层次采用不同切口切除3例乳腺巨大腺纤维瘤。结果 肿瘤切除后乳房美观及乳腺功能均不受影响。结论 该手术技法优于普通手术切除方法，尤其对于年轻女性的自尊，自信有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a new method to treat giant abenofibroma of breast.Method Giant aesthetics of breast was removed by applying different incisions in different tissues with aesthetics Surgery.Results The beautiful appearance and the function of breast were not affected by using the operation.Conclusion This method is superior to the commonly used surgical method, especially it is of great importance in developing the self-respect and the self-confidence in women with the disease. |
