KAI1基因表达和淋巴管生成对非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC) KAI1基因表达下调和淋巴管生成对淋巴结转移是否具有协同作用。方法:应用兔抗人多克隆抗体KAI1和兔抗人抗Podoplanin单克隆抗体(EliVision法)对68例NSCLC组织石蜡切片进行染色,Logistic回归分析判断转移抑制基因KAI1的表达和淋巴管生成与淋巴结转移的关系。结果:NSCLC淋巴结阳性组和淋巴结阴性组KAI1表达阳性率分别为30.3%和88.6%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肿瘤间质中淋巴结阳性患者淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density,LVD)为15.73±0.74,明显高于淋巴结阴性患者8.31±0.32(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,仅LVD对淋巴结转移有影响(P<0.05),其相对危险度(OR)为2.065,95%可信区间(1.202,3.547);而KAI1表达下调无统计学意义(P=0.375),95%可信区间为(0.003,8.714)。NSCLC患者转移抑制基因KAI1的表达下调和肿瘤间质中淋巴管生成对淋巴结转移无明显协同作用(P>0.05)。结论:肿瘤转移抑制基因KAI1表达下调与淋巴管生成对NSCLC淋巴结转移有促进作用,但未见明显协同作用。
