| 摘 要： | 目的比较甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）两种梅毒血清学试验，研究这两种梅毒检测方法的检测效率。方法将确诊的129例梅毒患者血清同时用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验TPPA试验检测，比较两种梅毒检测实验方法的灵敏度和特异性。结果129份血清中，97份血清TRUST阳性，TPPA试验126份血清为阳性，21份经抗梅毒治疗血清TRUST阴性。结论TRUST试验可作为梅毒的人群筛查、疗效、复发和再感染的检测指标，TPPA试验是检测梅毒螺旋体抗体的特异性方法，主要作为梅毒的确证试验。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare two kinds of syphilises examination methods,they are TRUST and TPPA. Evaluate their efficiency. Methods Using TRUST,TPPA to exam 129 patients＇ sample who have been made definite diagnosis of syphilis, compare their sensitivity and Specificity. Results In the 129 patients＇ sample,TRUST positive sample are 97, TPPA positive samples are 126. 21 after the antisyphiliscurative serum TRUST are negative. Conclusion The TRUST may be the target in sifting the crowd, curative effect, recuring and infecting again. TPPA is a Specific examines methods of treponemapallidum antibody and main achievement syphilis proof experiment. |
