经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科常见手术中的应用效果

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科常见手术中应用效果。方法以同期24例常规腹腔镜组为对照，对比分析12例经脐单孔腹腔镜妇科手术的临床资料。结果2组患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术，未发生中转开腹。单孔腹腔镜组手术时间（53．83±5．20）min显著长于常规腹腔镜组手术时间（32．26±5．38）min（P〈0．05）；2组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间和住院总费用差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；分别于术后1、2、3个月进行随访，2组患者均无并发症发生。单孔腹腔镜组脐部穿刺口被皮肤自然皱褶掩盖，无明显瘢痕，美容效果良好。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜技术表现出创伤小、伤口隐蔽、美容效果好、术后并发症低等优势。

The research on application effect of trans - umbilical laparoscope single - site surgery in common gynecological procedures

Objective To discuss the application effect and experiences of trans - umbilical laparoscope single - site surgery in common gynecological procedures. Methods 24 cases of conventional laparoscopic surgery as controls, 12 cases of trans - umbilical laparoscope single - site surgery were analyzed. Results The procedures were completed smoothly in both group. And the mean opera- tion time of trans - umbilical laparoscope single - site surgery group （53.8 ± 5.20） min was significant longer than that in controls （32.26 ±5.38 ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Whereas, there no significant difference was observed in blood loss （ P 〉 0.05 ）, recovery time of gastro- intestinal function （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, hospital stay （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, and total cost of hospitalization （ P 〉 0. 05 ） between two groups.
