超微脂康饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效观察

目的:观察超微脂康饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:90例NAFLD患者随机分为胶囊组、汤剂组和超微组,治疗3月后,观察各组治疗前后中医证候积分、生化指标、肝/脾CT比值等变化。结果:胶囊组30例,临床痊愈5例,显效11例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%;汤剂组28例,临床痊愈4例,显效10例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率为75.0%;超微组30例,临床痊愈6例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%。各组总有效率近似,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。各组中医证候积分总积分治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);各组治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。各组主要证候积分组内治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗后超微组形体肥胖、食少纳呆证候积分要低于胶囊组、汤剂组(P0.05)。各组生化指标、肝/脾CT比值治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);超微组在改善肝/脾CT比值方面要优于胶囊组、汤剂组;超微组改善谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷酰氨转肽酶(GGT)指标要优于胶囊组(P0.05)。结论:超微脂康饮与壳脂胶囊、脂康饮汤剂疗效相当,而且具有用药剂量小,便于携带、服用简单的优点。

Therapeutic Effect of Superfine Powder of Zhikang Yin for Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the superfine powder of Zhikang Yin for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）. Methods： Ninety NAFLD patients were randomly divided into three groups, and were treated with Zhikang Yin capsules, Zhikang Yin decoction and Zhikang Yin superfine powder respectively. After treatment for 3 months, the changes of traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores, biochemical indices, liver/spleen CT ratio were observed. Results： In 30 patients of capsules group, 5 patients were clinically cured, 11 markedly effective, 9 effective, 5 ineffective and the overall effective rate was 83.3%. In 28 patients of the decoction group, 4 patients were clinically cured, 10 markedly effective, 7 effective, 7 ineffective and the overall effective rate was 75.0%. In 30 patients of superfine powder group, 6 patients were clinically cured, 14 markedly effective, 8 effective, 2 ineffective and the overall effective rate was 93.3%. The difference of overall effective rate was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The total syndrome scores were improved in the three groups after treatment（P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）, and the improvement was similar among the three groups（P〉0.05）. The scores of the main symptoms were improved in the three groups after treatment （P 〈0.05 compared with those before treatment）, and the improvement of obesity, poor appetite in superfine powder group was superior to the other two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Biochemical indices andliver/spleen CT ratio were also improved after treatment in the three groups（P 〈0.05）, and superfine powder group had better effect on improving serum ALT and GGT level than capsules group, and had better effect on improving liver/spleen CT ratio than the other two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. The effect of Zhikang Yin superfine powder is similar to Zhikang Yin capsules and Zhikang Yin decoction, and the superfine powder has the advantage of small dosage, being easy to carry and take, and having good patient compliance.
