| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2种中医护理方法对超声引导下PICC所致疼痛的干预效果。方法将90例PICC患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组、耳穴贴压组、神门穴按揉组各30例,对照组实施常规超声引导下PICC操作方法,置管过程中给予利多卡因局部麻醉止痛;耳穴贴压组、神门穴按揉组置管过程中,在对照组基础上分别给予神门穴贴压、穴位按揉止痛,比较3组患者PICC所致疼痛程度。结果耳穴贴压组、神门穴按揉组置管疼痛显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。耳穴贴压组与神门穴按揉组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论耳穴贴压和神门穴按揉均可减轻超声引导下PICC所致疼痛,提高患者置管过程中的舒适度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing interventions on relieving pain caused by PICC catheter under ultrasound-guidance. Methods Ninety cases of patients with PICC catheter were divided into control group （n=30）, auricular acupressure group （n=30） and acupoint massage group （n=30）. The PICC catheter was placed by conventional ultrasound-guided method. The degree of pain of PICC catheter of three groups was compared. Results The degree of pain of PICC catheter in auricular acupressure group and acupoint massage group was significant lower than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular acupressure intervention and acupoint massage intervention can relieve pain caused by PICC catheter and improve patients＇comfort during the process of placing PICC catheter. |
