肺-肾环路与肺-肾综合征

在中医学脏腑经络理论中,肺与肾在气机、经脉联属和五行理论的母病及子、子病犯母等方面有着密切的联系。现代医学研究发现,肺与肾在酸碱平衡方面有相互代偿的作用,在自身免疫性疾病、尿毒症等的发生、发展以及传变中亦体现了相互影响的重要关系。本文从沟通中医学与现代医学理论,从生理学、病理学、临床治疗等角度探讨肺与肾的关系。

Lung-kidney Correlation and Lung-kidney Syndrome

In the field of traditional Chinese medicinal theory of zang-fu organs, and meridians and collaterals, the lung is closely correlated with the kidney through qi movement and meridians, and through the generation and restriction in the five elements. In the modern medical research, it is also reported that the lung is closely related with the kidney in the compensation for keeping acid-base equilibrium, and in the occurrence, development and progress of autoimmune disorder and urinemia. Therefore, we discussed the relationship between the lung and the kidney from the aspects of phvsiology, pathologv, clinical therapeutics by combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
