SARS患者生化指标的动态变化及其意义

目的：探讨SARS患者发病过程中肝功能等生化指标的动态变化及其意义。方法：观察发病组和康复组5，10，14个月末肝脏功能的变化，并与对照组相应指标进行比较。结果：大多数SARS患者在住院期间有不同程度的肝功能的异常及其他生化指标改变，以ALT、AST、ALB、LDH、GLU、TG变化为明显。康复组部分指标恢复正常和接近正常，但原TG异常者至发病后10，14个月仍未恢复，与对照组相比差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：SAILS患者存在肝功能异常，但不能最终确定为SAILS病毒对肝脏的直接作用。TG等指标的持续异常值得深入分析和研究。

Dynamic Change of the Biochemistry Index in Patients with SARS and the Clinical Significance

Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of the hepatic function etc biochemistry index in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrom(SARS)during the ill and the clinical significance. Methods: The hepatic function etc biochemistry index in patients with SARS were detected in the end of the fifth?tenth?fourteenth months after being infected and compared with the health groups. Results: There were different degrees of abnormal hepatic function and change of other biochemistry index in major patients with SARS in the hospital. The change of ALT?AST?ALB?LDH?GLU?TG ect were obvious. A part of index had recovered to normal or near the normal level in the health group .But the patients who had abnormal TG formerly had not recovered in the end of the tenth?fourteenth months and there was statistically different compared with the health group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal hepatic function in patients with SARS does not conclude that SARS virus direct affect the liver. The continuing abnormal TG ect index needs thorough analysis and investigation.
