生脉注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期32例疗效观察

目的：观察生脉注射液配合常规西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效。方法：选择64例患者随机分为两组，治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上用生脉注射液40ml溶于5％葡萄糖注射液250ml缓慢静脉滴注，25－40滴／min，qd,7-10d为1个疗程，对照组采用常规西药治疗，进行系统的临床观察。结论：生脉注射液在治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的过程中，对改善病人临床症状的效果较单用西药常规治疗显著。

The Effect of Shengmai Injection on 32 Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease in Their Worsened Period

Objective: To observe the effect of Shengmai injection in curing the chronic heart disease caused by lung illnesses together with the routine Western medicine; Methods: 64 patients were divided into two groups at random. The cured group were given an intravenous drop, using 40 ml Shengmai injection mixed with 250 ml 5% glucose injection based on the routine Western medicine treatment (25-40 drops/min. qd.And take 7-10 days as one course). And the compared group were only given a routine Western medcine treatment. Take a systematic clinical observation to both groups. Conclusion: Shengmai injec-tion has a better effect to the patients of heart disease caused by lung illnesses in their acute - worsened period than that by rou-tine Western medicine treatment only.
