物理因子干预在体表伤口治疗中的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察我科建立的针对不同性质伤口的定向理疗因子干预方案对临床常见伤口愈合进程的影响。方法 纳入外伤伤口、术后延期愈合伤口、压疮、烫伤伤口共计23例29处。在贯彻伤口湿性愈合理念换药、应用康复专科技能干预基础上,严格执行定向理疗因子干预方案,选择针对性物理因子干预,观察各类伤口愈合所需时间,并拍照记录每一伤口治疗前后情况。结果 23例29处伤口中,共21例27处伤口理疗干预后愈合,余2例理疗干预好转后转院,伤口治愈率为93.1%。愈合的慢性伤口共13例17处,其理疗前治疗时间为72.69±80.13天,理疗治愈时间为20.31±21.89。愈合的急性伤口共8例10处,理疗治愈时间为13.4±14.77天。另据定向理疗方案择取的不同理疗因子,均能有效促进伤口的愈合,对于经常规治疗较长时间未愈合的伤口亦具有良好的疗效。结论 在合理换药基础上,合理运用物理因子干预能有效加速伤口愈合的进程。我科建立的针对不同性质伤口的定向理疗因子干预方案能有效促进临床常见伤口及部分难愈性伤口的愈合,可为临床常见伤口的治疗提供一定参考。

Effects of physiotherapies body surface wounds healing

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of intervention programs of directional physiotherapy for different wounds on the healing process. Methods A total of 29 cases of traumatic wounds, postoperative postoperative healing wounds, pressure sores, and scald wounds were included. Based on changing dressings under the concept of wet healing of wounds and applying rehabilitation expertise, we strictly implemented intervention programs of directional physiotherapy for different wounds, and recorded the required time for various wound healing. Results Among the 29 wounds, 27 cases were healed with treatment, and the remaining 2 cases were transferred to other hospitals after improvement by physiotherapy intervention. The rate of wound healing was 93.1%. Among 17 cases of healed chronic wound, the treatment time before physiotherapy was 72.69±80.13 days, and the healing time after physiotherapy intervention was 20.31±21.89 days. The healing time by physiotherapy treatment of 10 cases of acute wound was 20.31±21.89 days. Additionally, the different physiotherapies selected according to the intervention programs of directional physiotherapy can effectively promote the healing of wound with difficulty to healing. Conclusion On the basis of rational dressing change, rational physiotherapy interventions can effectively accelerate the process of wound healing. The intervention programs of directional physiotherapy established by our department can effectively promote the healing of common clinical wounds or wounds with difficulty to healing, this program may provide certain reference for the treatment of common clinical wounds.
