| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价中草药制剂抑毒调平液改善肝功能和抗乙肝病毒作用。方法 :60例慢性乙型肝炎 (中度 )患者按随机双盲原则分为治疗组、对照组 (每组 30例 ) ,分别口服抑毒调平液和安慰剂。收集治疗前、治疗后及停药 3月末空腹血清标本 ,用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测乙肝病毒标志物 (HBV -M) :HBsAg、抗HBs、HBeAg、抗HBe、抗HBc ;多聚酶链反应 (PCR)结合琼脂糖凝胶电泳法进行HBVDNA定性检测。结果 :治疗组和对照组在改善肝功和HBeAg、HBVDNA阴转率方面均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :抑毒调平液能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染者的肝功能 ,有确切的抗HBV作用 ;有明显的后效应 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of herb- preparation YiDuTiaoPingYe(YDTPY) on patients infected with hepatitis B virus(HBV) . Method:60 patients infected with HBV were randomized into two groups, receiving either YDTPY (T group,n=30) or Placebo(C group,n=30). Before and after treatment as well as 3 months after withdrawal, HBeAg was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and HBV DNA with polymerase chain reaction(PCR) binding agarose gel eletrophoresis.Results: Within the observing period, HBeAg and HBV DNA negative convertion rate maintained a sustained increase in T group compared with C group(P<0.05). ALT,AST,TBIL decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: YDTPY has a long-sustained immunoregulation, antiviral effects and the improving liver function as well. |
