健康教育卡在肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中的应用

目的探讨健康教育卡在肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中的作用。方法将肿瘤患者PICC置管者分为两组，实施健康教育卡前后各53例，实施前常规健康教育，实施后分别在置管前、置管后、出院带管发放健康教育卡进行健康教育。观察两组患者置管并发症、相关知识掌握率、遵医行为、对护理工作的满意度。结果实施后并发症发生率明显低于实施前（P〈0．05）；相关知识掌握率、遵医行为、对护理工作满意度明显高于实施前（P〈0．05）。结论健康教育卡的应用可以提高肿瘤患者的遵医行为，减少并发症，提高护理质量。

Application of health education cards in the nursing care of tumor patients with PICC

Objective To explore the function of health education cards in the nursing care of tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods A total of 106 patients with PICC were dividied into experimental group and control group. The health education cards were distributed to the patients with PICC in the experimental group before and after catherization, as well as before discharge. The incidence of PICC complications, mastering rate of related knowledge,treatment compliance,and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of PICC complications was significantly lower,while the mastering rate of related knowledge, treatment compliance and patients＇ satisfaction were significantly higher in experimental group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The application of health education cards can improve the treatment compliance, reduce complications and promote the quality of nursing in the tumor patients with PICC.
